What is Flexo Ink?

Flexo ink is a type of printing ink used in flexographic printing- a form of rotary printing that uses a flexible relief plate to print on paper and plastic substrates. It comprises three main ingredients: pigments, resins, and solvents. The pigments give the ink its color, while the resins bind the pigments together and provide adhesion to the substrate. The solvents act as carriers for the other ingredients and help to keep the ink flowing smoothly through the print head.

You can use Flexographic printers to print a wide range of products, including packaging materials, labels, tags, and stationery. They are especially well-suited to printing tiny custom graphics in short-run lengths. Our Flexo ink is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, making it a good choice for eco-friendly applications.
